Return Policy 

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you confirmation along with instructions on how to send your package back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Orders)

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as received - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
